Have you ever been so scared to do anything, so scared your even afraid to talk? If you have don't be afraid to say it out loud talking is never a bad thing to do. You have many people to talk to hey you can go to your parents, friends and even classmates that you don't even talk to. There are a lot of people to talk to you just need to look around you. You can express your feelings through many other ways also. You can sing a song, write a story, write a poem, you can even draw how you feel or want to feel. There are people there for you you just need to reach out to them. Never, and I mean NEVER, keep things inside it will only eat you alive until you break. If you ever have anything you want to talk about you can even tell me I will always listen no matter what I'm doing. So don't let things get you down have fun and live life don't waste a minute of happiness. You can even help somebody else that needs it. But don't ever change who you are you are you for a reason.
